Hi

It lead leads to /index.php/component/k2/item/279-church-bulletin right now. Simply use joomla redirect component to switch /index.php/component/k2/item/279-church-bulletin to /images/Bulletin_1-14-2017.pdf

You will find this component in joomla panel.
