How to change styles of this template

Hello!
I have two questions about this template.
1. When i try to change width of div with class ".title" (.orderlistcontainer div.title) that have width:50px on width: 110px it cant work.

In file manager it save changes

but in the browser, when i check the code of elements, changes don't save.

And it happens with all elements of template. For example i can't change position of some input. It have the same problems.
2. How to plug visa and other payments? Can you tell me the order of A-Z, please.

1. Try disabling cache in joomla and make sure there is no cache on Your server. There is nothing in template which can cause it. It's just bunch of files with code.

2. For payment options You need to ask on Virtuemart forum. We only create style for this component so it suits best with our template. There is no functionality added or changed.

I done all that you say. I disabling cache in joomla, but It is don't work!

If there is no cache and compression from joomla than reason can only be that cache is applied to server itself. Please contact Your hosting provider and ask to disable it or how to do it by Yourself.
