StoreFront Template incompatible with RSEvents

The RSEvents Calender Search bar appears broken on StoreFront template.

This is my website, the search bar is above it (see also attached jpg):

This is how the search bar is supposed to look:
http://events.rsjoomla.com/calendar.html

I wrote to RSEvents, and this is what they had to say:

"This is something caused by your template and not by RSEvents!Pro, you can easily test this by using the '?tmpl=component' parameter into the URL (which displays the search/calendar without loading the template files):

http://stage.treknology3.com/events-cal ... =component

It would be best to contact the template developers directly regarding this issue since we don't provide customer support for third party extensions/templates."

How do i fix this?

My guess would be that bootstrap. I can see lots of css not being loaded when I compare this 2 links. If RSEvents needs bootstrap than I'm guessing it's coming with an option to enable/disable it. Just turn it on.
