Paypal Plugin Update

Hello,
I'm using the storefront template and currently running Joomla 3.4.4 along with the PayPal plugin 3.0.10. My customers cannot checkout using the PayPal payment option and I wanted to know if the latest version of the PayPal plugin 3.2.1 is compatible with Joomla 3.4.4 Storefront template? The updates are shown in the update section of Joomla, however before I click the button to update the plugin it need to be confirmed that it's ok to go ahead with the update.

Current Version I'm Using:
Joomla 3.4.4
Virtuemart: 3.0.10
PayPal Plugin: 3.0.10 vmpayment

Version to be updated:
Joomla 3.4.4
Virtuemart: 3.0.10
PayPal Plugin: 3.2.1 vmpayment

Will this be ok to automatically update this through the Joomla control panel without any problems occurring?

Our templates does not overwrite PayPal plugin in any way, co if only the plugin is compatible with this joomla version there will be no problems from our side.
