Where to add schema and twitter card scripts?

Hello,
I am wanting to add Schema.org, twitter card and facebook open graph scripting to my site but unsure which php/html file to open and add these meta scripts to. I have full access via ftp but when I go to template folder I am not sure which file needs to be edited.

Hi

Best would be add it between <head></head> tags, so a file handling this space in our templates is /layouts/blocks/head.php
