Having no luck getting modifications to the template options to save/update.
I can enter content into the fields (Like site name and blog description) but nothing happens when I hit the save button at the bottom.
I'm guessing permissions issue but any tips on where to look and what to modify ?

Cheers

Hello,

Did you upgraded your theme to the newest version?

Ah hah !
I have now downloaded the latest version of the template. What is the best way to update the template to ensure I don't lose all the mods I have made in the original template ?
Do I simply copy the new template across via FTP and my pages and comments will not be replaced/over written ?

Hello,

If you have made some changes in the code, then you have manually compare modified files and apply new changes. Other files can be overrided by FTP.

By the way - I recommend to use child themes for the theme modification: https://www.gavick.com/blog/modify-safe ... ld-themes/

If you want to fix only the save button problem, please replace only the following file: /js/back-end/template.options.js

Thanks dziudek, issue fixed by replacing the template.option.js file as described.
