Problems installing

When I try and install the StoreFront theme by uploading the gk_storefront_quickstart.zip file in the Theme upload area I get this error message:

"Installing Theme from uploaded file: gk_storefront_quickstart.zip

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed."

I have WP v4.1.1

I'm new to WP but can't see what else I can be doing wrong to get this theme installed?!?!?

Please help.

Hello,

You can't install the quickstart package on existing wordpress installation, because the quickstart is a full WordPress installation that installs WordPress, the theme, plugins, widgets and demo content to match our demo. If you cannot use the quickstart package then you will need to install the standalone theme package and manually place and configure the widgets according to our documentation

I'm following the tutorial and at the end of Part 3 I get these errors after hitting Submit:

"Import WordPress

Failed to import shop_order_status cancelled
Failed to import shop_order_status completed
Failed to import shop_order_status failed
Failed to import shop_order_status on-hold
Failed to import shop_order_status pending
Failed to import shop_order_status processing
Failed to import shop_order_status refunded
Failed to import shop_order_status on-hold

All done. Have fun!"

Is this usual for this theme?

Also first linkj in 1. of Part 4 is throwing this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 50593761 bytes) in /home/gavick/public_html/documentation/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/modules/free/backup/class-itsec-backup.php on line 205

Don't worry about the Failed to import shop_order_status on-hold errors, it comes from demo example orders.

Your Fatal error comes from your iThemes Security plugin, try to increasy your memory size:

I've got right to the end of Part4... it's lost me with where I do widget configuration?!?!? Where do you find widgets to configure as per the screen shots in the WP admin area?!?!

Widget settings section and add widgets to proper widget areas and configure them following the screenshots.

It would be much easier with the quickstart package.

Yes I seem to be completely lost with this widgets idea... this is where i'd got to... i just can't see the reference to widgets anywhere in admin?!?!?

I have followed the whole document and got to this very last part... i just don't have anything looking like the actual template... the progress can be seen here: http://www.minifigsandbricks.co.uk/wpindex.php

Do you offer a service to be able to login and sort this for me and i just pay to get it sorted... i just want to get something online as quickly as possible as we are busy doing product photography, etc to populate whatever system we end up using... i thought the WP route would be a faster option for us... but this is delaying us somewhat as we find our feet with it having not used it before...
