translate words from my theme

Hi,

How I can make the translation or change the following words in my theme?

Featured = Especial
Items = Artículos
My Cart = Mi carrito

Hi,

If you want to disable color switcher, please go to StoreFront -> Template Options -> Features tab and disable "Style Switcher Display" option.

Regarding the translations:
My cart is a title of your widget from Cart widget area
Featured - is a text from News Show Pro plugin - please translate the plugin
Items are taken from theme files, please translate the them (language file is placed in StoreFront/language directory)

I opened the file languages in .POT ITEMS not appear to translate, you know if you are in a widget or plugin

Do you have the latest version of the theme?

These phrases are placed in:
StoreFront/layouts/header.php
StoreFront/gavern/wc-functions.php
