Google Plus (K2) incorrect language

I am working on using the university theme and was testing. However I noticed below a k2 article that the G+ icon is not in english which is my default site language. How would I go about fixing this?

I have checked the gavick demo site and it is the same language as on my site.

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website and back-end access via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.
