I don´t want to show register users form

I want to register users only manually on my website with this template in Joomla 3, so I go in backend to Users -> User Manager -> Options, and i set "Allow user register" to NO. But when a public user try to access to a registered page the website is still showing the Register Form.

Is this a bug of the template?

Of course not, because you can disable all registration modules and links, check also template settings.
