is it possible in university, with gkVideoBlock to include a video that is on my server and watch? (flv video)

If so what is the correct code please

You have to use additional plugin or module which have player feature. Search on JED "video players".
Also for JCE there is a Media addon which have it, but it's sale in package for few euro.
