User Registration on Website

I have installed Joomla University template for my website, I want to know whether there is any module where visitors can register.

For e.g. registering for some course, with information like name, age, course chosen, etc ?
How I will be able to see this collated information ?

you can publish default login/registration module
or add those links into menu.

So Joomla will use default or custom fields - it depends what options in settings you will choose.
BTW
If you need more features, you can always install Social Network component like : EasySocial or JomSocial.
