hello

I have to create a site in two languages, Italian and English, I proceeded to perform all operations for the three menus (one general, one Italian and one English) I also activated the language filter (which works perfectly) I should now publish two menus (the Italian and English)
By managing templates can choose whether or not to publish a single menu so I can not use that option, I wanted to create two menus to be published in the position "mainmenu" as shown in your demo (see Attachment) but this position is not to be active. How can I do so that in that position can place a menu in Italian and one in English, depending on the language choice by user?

You are right, there is no mainmenu position. With Gavick templates you assign one menu to a template (via template settings), so to be able to create a multilingual site, please create a duplicate of a template and assign it to all elements in "other language" - this way one template is responsible for one language.

Hi

I was asked to help in this thread. As Cyberek said there is no mainmenu module position. Instead You can select which menu to use in template settings. With this way of attaching menu to website You have 2 ways to make it multilanguage:

1. As described it documentation: use one menu and put all the menu items for every language there, but configure this menu items to be visible either in English or Italian language

2. This is much simplier. Create 2 separate menus for English and Italian, than make a copy of template style and attach it to Italian language and in this style settings select to use Italian menu.

There is also one other solution I know of by using Falang component. With this solution You need one menu only and multilanguage is achieved by simply translating menu items (with possibility to point them to a different content) with this component.

ok for the menu.

You can enter the module "language choice" next to the menu? between the logo and the menu?
