Accessing the Template settings on 1and1 hosting

Hello GavickPro,

I can't access template settings for my joomla website using the university settings. My webhost is using PHP 5.6, could this an issue. please help!!!

I've resolved this issue myself. I uninstalled the template and reinstalled the template to get the settings displaying again.

As soon as I applied the json file, I lost all access to the template settings again. I have attached a screenshot for your review.
