Change Login and Register Pages

Hi I installed this template to use in conjunction with another CMS program.

So basically I need the login form and register form to be "linked" / "embedded" into the website instead of the default login / register form of Joomla.

See attached screenshot to show you what I mean.

All I want to know is, which files do I need to change to get this done?

Not 100% sure since from Your screenshot I cannot tell what layout can it be, but a standard joomla login/registration is handled by user component. Our template has an override for this pages in files /html/com_user/registration/default.php and /html/com_user/login/default.php
