Unable to Login in Offline Mode (Frontend)

When I set our site to Offline mode via Joomla! Global Configuration the login screen is displayed on the frontend but as a Super Admin I am unable to login.

Can you provide a fix?

If I rename the folder: com_users in the templates HTML folder it works.
Please update the files to the latest Joomla version and apply any patches.

Programmers are asking which version of template are You using. Update it to the latest and check than.
