Hello,
You have to add some tags (right colum when you are editing the post).
Enable social buttons: University -> Template Options -> Social Api tab and "Include/Exclude specific pages or categories from Social API" section. Here you should change the settings (include, exclude or disable on all pages)
Author info you can enable in University -> Template Options _> Basic tab and "Display Author Info" option, but you have to also add biography information on your profile page (users -> Your profile).
