Front page information request form

Hello,
I can see in the documentation how to adjust the section "Configuring the Information Request Form" but I can't see how to control where the form is sent or any connections to MailPoet. In testing I'm not sure where/if it is sending.

Could you supply a few more details on this please.

Quick update so you have more information - I installed with the dummy content provided by you so have not touched any settings or modified/created that section on my own.

This form is only demo example (is not connected with any plugin or another engine), because we want our users to be free to choose how they implement this form.
