Shortcode not working

Shortcodes are not working.
its not working in pages,widgets,posts etc.

Please help!!

What kind of shortcodes exactly?

Please update your theme to the latest version - 1.6, you have version 1.4 and then check again.

If you didn't modify theme files, it's enough to make a full backup, rename your wp-content/themes/University to University-Old (additional backup) and upload this directory wp-content/themes/University from the latest version package.

Yes,theme version was the issue.
