How to edit the error page?

Hi,
Just wondering how can I edit the error page.
For example I get to the error page here: http://www.qsfc.com.au/dev/8s_edit_team-2/?team_ID=3

Which has completely different syles, logo, etc from the rest of the pages in the website http://www.qsfc.com.au/dev/

Please replace this image with your own logo: wp-content/themes/University/images/logo.png
Other css rules may be found in University/css/error.css file.
