Contact form as a widget

How can i use your contact form as a widget on home page?

The only way to use it as a widget is put inside the text widget the contact form shortcode.

Where I can find the short code for contact form?

You have to get plugin from one of our other themes if you have an access to it. Because there is no way to put the form from https://demo.gavick.com/wordpress/unive ... tact-page/ as the shortcode.

Please remember that you will also made some CSS adjustments from the plugin like contact form from the Steakhouse theme.

Alternatively please use the Contact Form 7 plugin, which also uses shortcodes for adding forms.

Tried contact form 7,but its not sending mails.
So checked for the solution as downloading smtp plugin for connection,but that failed

If contact form 7 is not working then probably any contact plugin won't work - please consult this issue with your hosting or with contact form 7 support if your hosting won't be able to help you.

But your contact form is working.
