Blank Page

Hi,

I need to custom different pages, and I'd like to know if it possible to create a blank page to customize it. The only thing i need in the blank page is the main menu and the footer menu.

You can create new template page, please duplicate i.e. template.tagcloud.php file and replace

with your own content.

The only thing i need is an empty page template, with the main and footer menu, to use the plugin visual composer to create new content with full width.
I don't understand if I need to create a new template css page with the code you give me and then create a new page with the duplicate template.

The content I'll create with the visual composer plugin.

I'm working with the duplicate template, and now the only thing that I'm trying to do is remove the space I have pointed you with orange arrows to expand how i width full page.
