Logo sizes and Speaker hover

hi,

I have 2 problems.

1. I changed the logo height for the scrolled-down version. once you scroll down. No it appears on homepage.

Also is the centered logo on the subpages not in the same size, but I couldn't find this size in css.

2. I would like to change the hover effect for the speakers (transparent blue color and badge-icon) into pink and a different icon
