two questions on the logo:
1) Is it possible to make so that the logo is not jumping on the page? it's cool, actually, but specifically in my project-a little too much
2) whether it is possible to remove the logo from the first page? (but leave all the rest)

Right now your site has no content, no navigation, so I'm having hard time even to check what could be done.
Having that in mind...
If you want homepage to look different from all other pages, you can use page suffix:

After adding the suffix you can use override.css to create custom selectors and hide/show some elements on homepage - to do that you need some css knowledge and firebug/chrome devtools:

I also wonder - if you want to recreate demo page look - start with quickstart instead of standard joomla template - this way you will start with something working.
If that is not an option - you can always refer to standard template documentation:
