How to make the menu and logo static

Please help me in making the template menu static. I do not want the logo sliding feature. I want to make the logo simply appear at the left of the menu.

Hi,
in general we do not deal with customizations,
but I can give you useful tip, use this:

#gkHeaderNav {top:0 !important;}
#gkMainMenu {right:0;}

Where ? In template settings you will find custom css field.
