Hi,

I have tried to change the background on the header module but it doesn't show up. I changed it on the Events module and it worked fine. Do I have to do something else to make it show?

Best regards

Hi

Easiest is to just replace the image http://newbeachcamp.se.s59867.gridserve ... der_bg.jpg with Your own.

EDIT: Look at the end of the message for solution.

I have the same problem. The background image of the header module doesn't show up. Things I've tried that don't work:
  • Changed the image to the default and to other images in other paths
  • Created new header module and replicated all the module info from another clean installation
  • Removed all the custom HTML code from the module (empty module)
  • Emptied all override.css entries
  • Unpublish / Publish
  • In Options tab, toggled the Prepare Content on and off
  • In Advanced tab, toggled caching to off and use global
  • Toggled language (All, Lang1, Lang2)
  • Toggled the showing of the title show/hide
It seems that whatever I do, the background image of the header module doesn't work :pinch: I don't know what else to do....

Solution: I went to Extensions > Templates > gk_events > Features tab > Suffixes for pages > added rule:ItemID/Option 640, Suffix frontpage top1-colorbg > Add rule > Save
It seems that somehow this entry was accidentaly deleted.

I tried doing this but it still doesn't work for me. I tried to change the background through "Select a Background Image" option under the modules menu choices but it didn't work.

What to do if I want to change the image? Without changing the original picture?

Hi

Please send me an access to joomla panel and tell me where I will be able to find the image You are trying to use. I'll check what can be the problem.

Hi,

I'm having the exact same problem. What was the solution?

I tried "Extensions > Templates > gk_events > Features tab > Suffixes for pages > added rule:ItemID/Option 640, Suffix frontpage top1-colorbg > Add rule > Save" but nothing changed.
