Hi

Please simply disable showing errors in joomla global settings for server. This value supposed to keep informations about client's IP, but it may not be supported by Your server (doesn't have to, there are other methods).

Hi

This means that values for showing errors are overwritten by php.ini file. Please change the error showing leve there or ask Your hosting provider to do that for You.
