You have an in-style code of a negative margin if 150px added into this module's html. It can't be like that.

I remove the -150px like you see in the images. But in the iPad the image moved to right but is not in siderbar position as I want.

I'm sorry, but this is how responsiveness works. When screen is getting smaller sidebar has to be pushed below to make a space for content. You may disable responsive behaviour in template settings.
