Header background image not showing

My header background image isn't showing up. I am using the code in the documentation but not luck. Please advise.

I got the image to display but its only in the middle. It doesn't expand across the entire width of the page. Please advise.

The way you did it is sadly - wrong. You need to add home page suffix "frontpage" and then template automatically will load file placed in: templates/gk_steakhouse/images/header_bg.jpg

Do I add 'frontpage' to the Header module in the Module Class Suffix section? I have done that and my templates/gk_steakhouse/images/header_bg.jpg still isn't showing up. The image does show on the 404 page so I know the image is correct. Please advise.

I figured it out. I needed to go to the template manager in the features tab and add a rule using my home article ID and the suffix 'frontpage'.
