Introducing scrolling navigation arrows

Good morning guys,

Is it possible/easy to bring the scrolling arrows from MusicState over to Steakhouse to work between sections on the front page?

It would be great if the demo templates using scripts scrollReveal.js add a simple demo page use cases as a handy base code snipets.
In my opinion, this would help to quickly take advantage of the use of the recommended script. (please)
