The name in the tab is not change to the website name

Hi the name of my website is Het Strand, normaly when you change the name it also changed in the tab of your browser now its not.

In the tab you see the right favicon with the words "Steakhouse - restaurant joomla template". how can i changes this in "Het Strand restaurant aan zee"

The thing you reffer to is called page title. You can modify it per page by editing main menu - home position, going to "Page Display" tab and changing "Browser Display Title" field.
