K2 Contact page using {GKCONTACT}

I want a contact page - but one that is more basic than the default one implemented in Steakhouse.

I want a K2 item, which uses the {GKCONTACT} plugin.

When I do this, it shows YOUR NAME, EMAIL AND MESSAGE but I don't have a submit button?

Why?
