Enquiry about styling the Special module on the Home page

Hi. I'd like to customise the styling of the SPECIAL module on the HOME page.

If you look at the attached image you will see what I'd like to achieve.

I'd like to display the image on the right hand side (rather than the left) and then would like a column of indented text.

I can get the image to display on the right but can't get the text where I want it.

Normally, I'd use a table to achieve this but I'd like your input on the best way to display so it displays correctly on tablets and mobiles and all browsers.
