Hi,

How do I change the locators on the Frontpage i.e. #menu, #specials to something more customised?

Thanks in advance.

In template settings -> Menu tab you can set different module position overrides - they are used to generate #link anchors.

Thanks for your reply Cyberek.

I created the customised anchor link (#about-us) from the Template manager and set it on the desired position (bottom1). The associated module is also designed and it's position is also set to bottom1.

I'm using the same Header module as provided with the template, and when I now view my work, the module data appears on the position, but my href doesn't scroll down to the anchor position.

Do I need to remove any existing anchors on the same position before this to work? Currently, #specials and #about-us both are on the bottom1 position.

Hi,

I managed to find the solution.

1. Remove the existing module override on the position you want to change.

2. Create the new module override on the position wanted.

3. Link them in the codes.

Sorted :D

You can't have 2 #tags assigned to 1 module in template settings - menu section.
