Hide right menu and show menu always on top

Hello,

how can i hide the right Main Menu and make the Main Menu Bar sticky on top? And if possible, how to add a search field on the position where the right menu was?

I'm not quite sure wha do you mean by "right Main Menu", but the main menu doesn't show because you are having issues with jQuery on your site... Also I don't see any java script libraries loading. Is there any JS compression enabled?
