How works the # links ?

i would like to manage that kind of internal links like #restaurant.
l need to change the names, etc.

how works that links? where could i customize them?

In this section you have to only select a section, specify the ID and add it to the list - that's all. BTW small mistake - the option is under the "Menu" tab.
