Steakhouse template as in the example

Hello,
I downloaded the "Steak House" template.
I tried to build the template as shown in the example (with my own images), but it does not work.
I have also worked with the "front element" and the "Module positions"...but i don't get it
This is the first time that I work with the gkTemplates and there are some things that i do not quite understand.

Did you tried to use the quickstart package instead of reproducing the demo content from scratch?

Yes. I wanted to install the quickstart file, but it did not work.
I tried it at the Steakhouse template and the (m) social template
