Cant get frontpage background to show

I have read some threads about this, and i still cant get the frontpage background picture to shoe - why

Suddenly it worket, Have no idear how ?

But how do you get the "#specials" links to work ?

You need to assign #tag specials to a module in template settings - menu section.

Going back to the background thing... Perhaps it was some caching issue?
