How can I Modify the Last Menu Item on the Right?

How can I modify the last menu item on the right without affecting the last menu item on the left. Example of what I'm trying to achieve is attached...

You can address it in css with:

selector and do any changes necessary.

I was able to modify the area surrounding of the menu item, but the result was not what I was hoping for:
