How to Add Menu Items to Header?

I'm trying to add menu items to the header of this template (in the red section of the attached image), but I can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do You mean main menu left ? I'm sorry, but I do not understand. Can You please explain it a little better ?

Hello teitbite,

Thanks for the reply. I am trying to replicate the menu on the Simplicity template. I like how the menu appears on the template before scrolling down (above the header section). As of now, on the Steakhouse template, the menu does not appear until you scroll down. Let me know if that makes sense... I'd like for both the left and the right menus to appear.
