Countdown page when website is offline

Hi,

I want to display the countdown.html page when my Joomla Website is offline. How can I do It?

1) Set Offline
2) rename countdown.html into index.html and publish on root directory - should be loaded before joomla index.php

or
1) rename that file
templates\gk_steakhouse\offline.php
2) and in his place publish your countdown.html with name offline.php

don't forget to delete index.html after you will finish whole job.
