Page keeps loading

Just notices that my page pdlabs.co.nz just keeps loading ie it looks like its loaded but the wheel spins where the favicon should be. At the bottom it says waiting got maps.googleapi.com.... where do I find the settings for this so that I can correct or remove it?

but under IE11 is works.

Of course we do not support IE older than IE9 - I guess.
