Change html tags from the header of content

The title (Our Story) uses <h1> tag and the desc (Sed tincidunt ac condimentum) <small> tag, how posible is it to make the opposite? Desc with <h1> tag and title with <small> tag...

Actually both "Our story" and "Sed tincidunt ac condimentum" are within of h1 tag. The second one is smaller text - so the html tags are used correctly.
