Reservation Form Time Field Change to Select

Hello Gavick Team and Others.

On the Steak House Reservation Page, I love the from, but wanted to change the static text entry to a static list for the time, while keeping the little clock icon. IE 1pm, 2pm etc...

I am not really a programmer, and what I read this should be fairly easy to do, I looked at the plugin file, and I think i found the field gkreservation-time. But how do I change that to be a select field?

Unfortunately this kind of change need a bigger custom JS and CSS changes which are beyond of our technical support.
