Problems with Quick Start

Quickstart installation problem
In the third step of the installation, this error appears when creating tables appears:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 SQL=INSERT INTO `qv7ji_finder_links_terms2` (`link_id`, `term_id`, `weight`) VALUES (58,212,0.32669),(59,212,0.32669)

I have just downloaded and installed quickstart without any problems. Seems like an issue with your hosting company - please ask them for help.

The template does not work with the requirements requested

According to the documentation template minimum requirements are:
PHP 5.3.10+
MySQl 5.1+ With InnoDB support
* With Apache 2. mod_mysql, mod_xml, mod_zlib and OPTIONALLY mod_rewrite (if you want to use SEF URLs) installed

My hosting features:
PHP Version 5.5.21
MySQL Version 5.5.40

And the template does not work. Please, I need a solution

PHP 5.5.23,
MySQL 5.6.21
also checked on older version. Please contact your hosting company support so they could verify the error source. Package was downloaded by many of our users and none of them had any issues with submitting sql queries to database.
