Hello I am looking for a possibility the flags for languages with a fixed module position around the page to place . Best deposited with background . can someone help me there please

2) But you can use module which have fixed position, on J!ED you will find few.

About fixed module.... in my project I used :
1) HD-Floaty
2) Floating modules
