Forms does not - does not send messages

Hello. I have a problem with a contact form, which is part of the template steakhouse. When it sends a message, you get the message "Wrong circumscribed reCAPTCHA code". This problem happens in a form on the home page - http://farmapolna.digito.cz/

The second form, which we reserve for (http://farmapolna.digito.cz/rezervace) after sending me a message displays this message: "The owner of this website did not specified the recipient of your message."

Can someone please advise setting these forms? Where are set? They are bound to Joomla?

Hi,
I guess we talk about GK contact plugin:

1) please install update and choose 2nd version of recapcha in Joomla settings
2) Fill all required fields in GK Contact plugin before next complain.
