Hello,
I need to replace the modules on the homepage with new modules and link from buttons in the header.
How do I change the modules on the homepage to my own?
How do I link to the modules from links in the header using smoothscroll?
I do not see documentation for this so could you please help me with details.
Thanks!

You replace modules... by simply replacing the module itself. If link to the module from main menu breaks - then you can ask question about specific, existing issue, but its quite possible it will simply work fine.

Hi,
Maybe I was not clear.
I have removed the modules from the homepage and added my own.
I want the links in the steakhouse header module (not the main menu) to smoothscroll to the modules.
I changed the hashtags in the header module html to the names of my new modules but smoothscroll does not move.
Hopefully that explains better.
Thanks!

So firstly replace the modules and then write back to which places you would like to link from menu.

Hi,
The new modules are now placed and the Vendor / Customer buttons in the header module are linking to them.
How can I get the Vendor module to start below the Main Menu?
How do I change the #restaurant and #menu to #vendor and #customer?
Thanks!

Lets start with links.
If you would like to modify anchor named #restaurant (also making link different) you need to go to template settings - features tabs - module position override and modify the names there (remove and add again).

This is how the Vendor module looks when I click the Vendor button in the header module:

I expected it to look the same as when I click from the Main Menu:

Please edit: /templates/gk_steakhouse/css/override.css and add at its end:
Code: Select all
#gkMainbody > div > div, #gkBottom2 > div > div {padding-top: 120px;}

Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.
