Link in footer menu are not active

Hi.
I've created a site based on the gk_steakhouse template.
There is a problem: links " Мебель на заказ ", " Мебель в наличии ", " Наши партнеры " and " Обратная связь " located in footer_menu are not active on all pages except the Home.

Please help me with with this problem.

Hi,
1) because they are links with #ID those are not subpage links.
2) so you have to use full url: http://www.demidov-mebel.com/#furniture - for all those kinds of links, but as you see without "index.php"

BTW
Please also enable Joomla SEF option, which will remove stupid /index.php/ in all URL

So I did, but it did not help.

Because those are onepage links, and they may not work on subpages,
read more about html anchor links.
It means this is not template issue.
