bigtitle subtitle How do I get title/subtitle like in templ

If I create a new article in Steakhouse/ Joomla 3.3;

Q1:
What do I need to do get a title/subtitle like on this page:
https://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/steakhouse/index.php/menu
I thougt it was only to create a article with the titlesyntax "my big title__my subtitle__"
i.ex. <text><2 underscore><text><2 underscore>

Q2:
Is this "feature"/plugin/tricks documented anywhere?

My fault:
I did use the "Single article"-type but should use "Singe article (one-page layout)".
